Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee renovation work at NIH with project costs ranging from $500k to $8 million. This position is a part of a multi-year contract.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Falls Church, Virginia.

Work Environment

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite daily at NIH. The typical work hours are from 5am/6am to 3pm. Weekend work is rarely required. The position offers 2 weeks PTO and 11 federal holidays.
