Assistant Strength And Conditioning Coach

Trinity College in Hartford CT, a NCAA Division III, liberal arts and sciences college in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC), is seeking to fill a full-time, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach position within the Athletic Department.

Trinity sponsors 30 varsity teams and supports over 700 varsity student-athletes. Trinity College seeks a staff that reflects the changing demographics of our student body. Responsibilities:

• Assisting the head strength & conditioning coach in the development and implementation of workout programs for 30 varsity teams.

• Duties will focus on providing and ensuring a safe training environment while directly overseeing training programs for specific teams.

• Knowledge of and adherence to NESCAC and NCAA rules, practice planning and execution, teaching responsibilities and mentoring student-athletes.

• The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will be expected to help promote and facilitate the College and Athletic Department's commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

• This position also requires both early morning and weekend availability throughout the academic year.
