We'd love to hear from people with:

  • 2 years retail / customer service management experience OR

  • 4 years of US Military service

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

  • Minimum High School or GED


  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.

  • Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

This individual performs duties including, but not limited to, light maintenance and housekeeping tasks, monitoring the premises, and assisting residents and other staff as needed during the nighttime hours. * Monitor the overall premises of the community. * Monitor the exterior doors, common area windows, gates/fencing, and lighting for proper functioning. * Identify potential injury hazards on community grounds. * Respond to all forms of building alarms and take appropriate action. * Advise others of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles. Involve local authorities as needed. * Report irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons or unusual occurrences to the appropriate authorities. * Monitor access to building and provide front desk assistance. * Maintain key logs. * Monitor and operate various controls that regulate building systems, such as the fire alarm annunciator and monitoring system, emergency call system monitoring board, security systems, and other equipment to ensure proper function. * Perform light routine maintenance and housekeeping duties as specified by the community. * Provide resident and overnight staff assistance as needed. * May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned. Qualifications * High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) years of related experience handling routine maintenance tasks; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Able to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, employees, and others. * Able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. * Able to apply common sense understanding in order to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. * Able to effectively deal with various problems and situations.
