Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa at is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to help us run our operation!

The position of Assistant Spa Manager is designed for people who are interested in learning about the wellness industry and expanding their sales experience.

Core Work Activities:

• Interpersonal skills/ Customer Service- the assistant spa manager will be running the front desk of the spa, training sales associates, and working closely with our spa managers to produce a calming and relaxing environment for clients and fellow team members.

• A passion for sales and training- Hand and Stone offers a wide variety of commission opportunities, from memberships, to gift cards and product sales. As the spa assistant manager, we want you to see those struggling with sales and take the initiative to coach them.

• The drive to promote the health and wellness benefits of all spa services- Maximize the schedule and spa commissions by learning how to speak about and offer upgraded services to guests.

• Have experience assisting with administrative tasks- including (but not limited to) payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.

• Keep the spa healthy and clean- As an assistant manager you will do walk throughs of the spa; help our spa professionals' flip tables, pick up any trash that got lost on its way to the garbage can, and help open or close the spa.
