About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Spa Director who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Spa Director. Work authorization for this location is required.

What you will do

Manages and oversees the operations and development of the spa in accordance with Four Seasons standards, Spa mission statement and local cultural practices. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. Assists Spa Director with managing financial aspects of the operation including forecasting, labor, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control. Assists Spa Director in the planning and launch of PR events, and internal and local promotions.

What you bring

• College education or equivalent experience

• Minimum of two years supervisory or management experience in a luxury spa.

• Thorough knowledge of people development, exceptional service, cost control, labor control, general accounting, menu design and retail.

• Proven ability to motivate and develop individuals and the team.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Passion for the health and wellness industry.

Schedule & Hours:

• Full Time

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
