The Opportunity:

The Assistant Spa Director will support the Spa Director in overseeing all operational and financial aspects of the Spa & Health Club. This role will be responsible for helping ensure that the Spa is at the forefront in the industry offering the most innovative services while providing a luxury service level to our guests and members.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel management or equivalent experience is required.

• Two to three years of previous Spa, Rooms Division or Front Desk Management experience

• Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Ability to irregular hours, weekends, evenings and overnight relief.

• Able to organize, delegate & work under pressure

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
