Rainbow Universe Pageants is an inner beauty pageant system that caters to youth ages 13-24. We produce unique and innovative pageant productions. Our youth contestants participate in pre-pageant workshops to prepare them for their competition and all of the attention they will be receiving as contestants. The National Director is currently searching for an Assistant Site Director to assist her in building the RUP brand across the United States. This person will be responsible for half of the states in the United States. The perfect Assistant Site Director candidate will have a passionate attitude about the youth generation with some experience in owning or building a business, is willing to assist with responsibilities and eventual rewards.

  • Spiritual grounding in Christianity

  • Hire, train and terminate Preliminary and State Directors and Volunteers (half of United States)
  • Secure sponsors, vendors
  • Build community and media relationships
  • Articulate and promote the RUP Mission, Vision and Goals
  • Make collaborative decisions with National Director
  • Work with National Director to sustain and grow programs and services
  • Be a natural ambassador and represent the organization to the public
  • Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.
  • Support the organization's strategic alliances and partnership.
  • Ensure performance goals are met and set.
  • Fulfill duties delegated by director.
  • Attend and preside over meetings.
  • Participate in strategic planning.
  • Represent the organization to the public, key stakeholders and business partner.
  • Plan and implement the annual calendar of activities including fundraising initiatives, special events and the official administrative acts.
  • Help create budgets and track expenditures.
  • Create presentations for meetings.


  • AA or Bachelors Degree (willing to train the right candidate without a degree)
  • Entrepreneurial experience or background in business administration or operations

The core focus of this position will be overseeing the performance of complex health outcomes analysis utilizing large administrative datasets that include medical and pharmacy insurance claims, eligibility files, and other ancillary data such as lab and survey data. Key areas of emphasis include: Overseeing department team members to cultivate ideas and research for peer reviewed journal topics to enhance the organization's visibility in the health outcomes research industry Creating economic models to perform cost-effectiveness analysis for assigned clients ensuring to customize the presentation of the results to the client's needs Conducting retrospective analysis through the implementation of study design and statistical methods using established software (e.g. SAS, Excel), ensuring to note any potential errors that may have affected the analysis Writing and developing manuscripts for peer reviewed journals based on health outcomes research MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications. Education: * Master's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Health Services, or a related field is required * Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Health Services, or a related field is required. (Master's degree with ten year of related experience may be considered in lieu of Doctorate) * Completion of a doctoral degree may be substituted for educational requirements Experience: * Minimum of five years of experience in biostatistics, research methods, epidemiology, or statistical modeling is required, preferably in a health care or pharmaceutical industry * Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare data, quality and efficiency of care measurement. * Minimum of five years managing staff of analytical staff and resources * Time spent in pursuit of a doctorate degree may be substituted for work experience Other: * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required * Experience with the peer reviewed journal submission process is preferred Skills: * Demonstrated problem solving, analytical reasoning, and decision-making skills * Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities * Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines * Exercise independent judgment * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage complex projects and timelines in a matrix team environment * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills * Demonstrated leadership abilities, accountability, and initiative West is connecting people and ideas.
