Assistant Site Director (Part Time) - Primetime

Help shape a better world for our youth in San Diego! This position is responsible for the safety, security and well-being of each child enrolled in the ASES program. • ASES performs administrative duties in the Site Director

• ASES absence for up to 5 consecutive days.

• Porter Elementary for PM shifts in Lincoln Park, San Diego, CA.

• Vista Grande Elementary for AM and PM shifts in Tierrasanta, San Diego, CA.

• Vista Grande Elementary for PM shifts in Tierrasanta, San Diego, CA.

• Walker Elementary for PM shifts in Mira Mesa, San Diego, CA.

• Zamorano Elementary for AM and PM shifts in Bay Terraces, San Diego, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open/close the site as required

• Maintain a clean and orderly designated school space

• Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of students enrolled in the program

• Responsible for picking-up, maintaining and returning all devices being used during distance learning and remote working

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must pass CAPE test or have a minimum of 48 college units

• Must have either a minimum of 6 completed units in child development, elementary and/or middle school education, recreation or related field or a minimum of 6 months documented work experience in an ASES program

• A minimum of 1 year experience working in an after school or group childcare setting with elementary aged children

• All assistant site directors are required to sub throughout San Diego County as needed.

• All employees begin at the starting rate regardless of experience.
