Shift Into Your New Role as an Assistant Service Manager:

Northgate Ford is seeking a responsible, organized, dependable Assistant Service Manager. This position will supervise all aspects of the service lane and customer experience. This position will supervise our Service Advisors, and Service Drive Staff, Remote services, and warranty processes. The Applicant will ensure that our processes are followed for optimum efficiency customer satisfaction and will handle escalated customer service issues. The Assistant Service Manager is also responsible for reviewing CSI / Customer Promoter Scores, organizing, and training personnel. Applicant must demonstrate positive leadership qualities leading to a productive, efficient, content environment. Reports to the Service Manager.

Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:

• 2+ Years of current / recent experience as a Service Advisor or above

• Good working knowledge of all daily operations of Service Dept.

• Must be adept in CDK system or equivalent

• Good computer skill set and math skills based on recent employment

• High school grad / equivalent

• Satisfactory employment references

• Pass background check
