Make Just Born's next 100 years sweeter as Assistant Sales Planning Manager. Partner with the Sales Planning Manager to coordinate and implement all Sales support responsibilities to drive sustainable, profitable growth, and to provide the tools necessary for the successful interaction with customers and retailers by our Sales team. Responsibilities include however not limited to internal Project Management, Sample Fulfillment, Trade Shows, Sales Materials, coordination of Customer and Broker internal meetings, and supporting Sales and Marketing management on all business and growth opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work.

• Minimum of three years' related experience.

• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Products, Incorta, Bubble, Fusion, WebDAM, Esker, BOX and SAP.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and problem solve independently and with team members.

• Travel and attendance required for trade shows and select sales/customer meetings.

• Possess a proactive, high-energy, winning and urgent customer-focused attitude and work style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Provide daily support to the Sales Planning Manager with project management for customer and Field Sales initiatives, and with the planning and execution of all responsibilities and activities associated with supporting the Sales Division. Responsible to manage projects through cross-functional collaboration with Manager and internal teams utilizing internal project management system and process.

• Sales Materials: Collaborate with Manager and internal teams to develop and distribute all Just Born Sales Materials for Everyday and Seasonal within required timelines. This includes presentation, fact sheets, price lists, and any other related component.

• Sample Fulfillment: Responsible for the coordination and management of the Just Born Sample Fulfillment process working with Sales Planning Manager, internal teams and 3rd party vendor.

• Trade Shows: Collaborate and support the Sales Planning Manager to plan and coordinate all details of the two national trade shows in which Just Born exhibits. This includes oversite of booth management, oversight of the 3rd party vendor, and coordination of every aspect of show planning and participation.

• Sales Portal - Box: Responsible to oversee and ensure accuracy of content located within the Sales Portal on Box for Field Sales and Broker utilization.

• Sales & Marketing Meetings: Support Sales Management in the planning and coordination of internal Sales & Marketing meetings, on or off-site.

• Business Intelligence Tool: Required to be proficient in Business Intelligence tool to process and analyze data required for everyday responsibilities, and efficient business decisions.

• Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with Manager and Field Sales team to assist in delivering profitable solutions in support of business growth. Represent the Sales and Marketing division professionally in all initiatives, and function in a proactive versus reactive mode.
