The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for contributing to the leadership of the store team to reach any and all goals and initiatives set for the retail store. You will be expected to lead by example and live the spirit of AVAIL Vapor in all interactions, external and internal. You will be expected to fulfill AVAIL
Vapor's Mission of assisting the community at large in making the Avail Difference in their lives, to "make the switch" and enjoy vaping. You can achieve this by providing the Amazing AVAIL customer experience to beginners and experts alike. This Sales position requires the frequent and routine exercise of discretion, independent judgment, local marketing/promotional initiative, inventory control, employee management, and general oversight/maintenance of the retail location.
All Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of retail sales/restaurant/hospitality experience, preferably in shift supervisor or "key holder" role.

Assist in making Store clean, well lit, dust/dirt free and prepared to "WOW" customers.
Go through the Communications Binders every day to insure you are current in all communications from Corporate, District or the Store Management team.
Complete all forms, log, paperwork as directed.
Assist in making sure that your Store is set to Plan-o-gram and visual standards.
Assist in making sure that back of house (offices, store rooms, bathrooms, etc.) are as clean and well-kept as your sales floor.
Work your schedule as posted by store management.
Maintains a daily focus on safe work practices.
