FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE:

Using dynamic route descriptions, delivers packages on Sundays and observed holidays. May case, deliver, and collect mail and packages on Saturday along a prescribed rural route using a vehicle.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position is authorized for a non-career employee serving on Saturday, Sundays and Holidays observed by the USPS only.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Loads packages in delivery sequence in vehicle.
2.Delivers packages to customers along a prescribed route.
3.Sorts mail in delivery sequence for the assigned route.
4.Receives and signs for accountable mail.
5.Loads mail and packages in vehicle.
6.Delivers mail and packages to customers along a prescribed route or as an auxiliary assistant by a vehicle; collects monies and receipts for accountable mail; picks up mail from customers' roadside boxes.
7.Furnishes routine information concerning postal matters to customer.
8.Returns mail collected, undeliverable mail, and submits monies and receipts to post office.
9.Prepares appropriate time records.
10. Provides for mail security at all times.
11. May be required to provide a vehicle for delivery if an employer provided vehicle is not assigned.

Last year we expanded our continuum of care by opening a Partial Hospital Program (PHP) that offers a variety outpatient services for children and adolescents. Additionally have two capacity expansions planned for completion over the next 9 months due to the high demand for our services. Our strategic plan for the past three years has been centered on improving fidelity to our evidence-based clinical methodology. We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Director/Substance Abuse Coordinator to join our PHP clinical team. This individual will provide clinical services, organize substance abuse treatment services and assist the Outpatient Services Director. Key responsibilities: * Provides at minimum, monthly staff training in respect to the integration of our substance abuse treatment model into the milieu, program and therapeutic interventions. * Works with the Outpatient Services Director and Clinical Program Director in developing the milieu, program and therapeutic interventions in order to increase fidelity to our clinical model. * Works with the Clinical Program Director to develop and implement a formal staff-competency system. * Meets performance outcomes. * Provides psychotherapy services for residents to include individual, family and group therapy scheduling and facilitation of treatment team reviews and documentation. * Facilitates and attends all treatment teams for assigned residents. * Attends weekly clinical supervision. * Coordinates multifamily/group/family education group.. * Completes all program notes before the end of the business day. * Completes psychosocial assessment within required timeframe. * Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility Location: * Beautiful Leesburg, Virginia, 40 mile northwest of Washington, DC.
