Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 100% guest focus

  • Manage and motivate restaurant team with emphasis on peak periods (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

  • Train and develop team members

  • Achieve operational and sales goals; manage costs

  • Effectively implement restaurant systems (i.e. training, scheduling, ordering)

Physical Requirements:
Will be required to work in a fast-paced environment for periods of up to 4 hours or more with constant exposure to hot equipment and oil. The physical demands are long periods of standing and walking on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm temperatures. Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and stooping. Must have the ability to verbally communicate with others. Must have the ability to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds with assistance when necessary.
