We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Restaurant Assistant Manager to join Chemin a la Mer Restaurant by Donald Link.

The Role of Restaurant Assistant Manager:

Reporting into the Restaurant General Manager, the Assistant Manager will assist in the following areas:

1.Assist with selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching all employees.

2.Being visible in the operation, providing recognition, promoting good public relations, and handling complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

3.Controlling labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory and cash control.

6.Observing physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and making recommendations for improvements as needed.

7.Working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
