Requirements of an Assistant Manager: • 1 year prior experience in a food service management, restaurant management, or any other applicable management position. • Current ServSafe certification is a plus • Work around others in close quarters • Work with various cleaning products • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts • Must have reliable transportation and method of communication with restaurant. • Ability to effectively make decisions under pressure, while delegating tasks appropriately • Conflict resolution skills • Ability to work with others as a team • Ability to take initiative and solve problems
