About the role

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Reservations Manager who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment.  This position reports to our Reservations Manager.

What you will do

To provide guests with the highest level of personal service and recognition through storing and sharing customer information and assisting guests in fulfilling their hotel accommodation needs. Provide the preference most meaningful for guests, and to expedite check-in.

What you bring

• University Degree or equivalent experience.

• One to three years experience in a rooms division management capacity with Four Seasons or another related organization.

• Comprehensive computer and analytical skills, superior guest service and salesmanship skills.

• Proven success in a previous rooms division management position required, ability to manage multiple tasks, improve efficiency and productivity.

• Ability to read and speak and write English.

• Salary Range: $70,898.88 - $78,361.92

Schedule & Hours:

• Full time

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
