Monarch is looking for a full time or part time assistant recruiter to be part of a growing team of leaders!

Seeking an outgoing, passionate, motivated self-starter to help recruit employees for our national teams. You will be responsible for direct and indirect recruiting, assisting the national recruiting team of 5 and manage Monarchs nationwide internship programs.

Monarch is 23 of the top 50 multifamily owners in the country and a Top Workplace as designated by the Denver post! Monarch has been privately owned since 1992. We currently own and in-house manage over 47,931 apartments in twenty states, in addition to a nationally franchised hotel and a ski and snowboard resort. We currently employ over 1,500 people.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Recruiting experience preferred

  • Outgoing, able to build relationships quickly

  • Must be able to write and communicate effectively

  • Property management industry experience preferred but not required


  • $15/hr - $23/hr depending on experience

Title: Property Management Intern FLSA Status: Full or Part Time / Temporary Employee / Non-Exempt / Hourly Purpose: The Property Management Intern will act as a Jr. Assistant Manager directly assisting the Property Manager in all property related activities. They will spend time during their internship in each and every role that the property has, including but not limited to Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Maintenance, Grounds and Housekeeping. In addition, they will have exposure to Marketing, Asset Management, Accounting and the Legal aspects of multifamily investment operations whenever possible.
