    You will be a key player in our construction company, working directly with our project management team and vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of materials and equipment. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our construction projects, from residential builds to large-scale construction ventures.     Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and prices to ensure the best quality materials at the most competitive prices. 3. Conduct cost analysis to identify areas of potential cost reduction and implement cost-saving measures. 4. Work closely with the project management team to understand project requirements and timelines, ensuring materials are procured in a timely manner. 5.

    Utilize Construction Software ERP to track procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and maintain accurate records. 6. Collaborate with the finance team to forecast budget requirements for purchasing, monitoring expenditure and reporting on any discrepancies. 7.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and regulatory requirements. 8.

    Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers. 9. Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids. Qualifications: 1.

    A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry. 2. Proven experience in vendor management, residential construction, home builder, cost analysis, project management, and Construction Software ERP. 3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 4.

    Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude. 5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with procurement software. 7.

    Strong understanding of the construction industry, including materials, equipment, and suppliers. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 10.

    Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. 11. In-depth knowledge of contracts and agreements, with the ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively. 12. Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and purchasing best practices. 13.
