Ideal candidate will be customer service orientated, able to multi-task and have great time management skills, a good communicator, detail orientated, and able to prioritize jobs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technology savvy and able to learn programs quickly A team-player mentality Job Responsibilities Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence.

Coordinate office supplies in the absence of a property manager. Assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases and keeping our database current, Managing and conducting tours, and executing leases. Process rental payments and obtain primary financial data for property accounting records.

Fulfills the role as the person-in-charge in the absence of the Property Manager Ensure all property files are prepared and maintained in an orderly and logical manner, including leases and contracts. Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts Obtain aging report for management and follow up on all delinquencies, utilizing Trubild policies Ensure invoices are processed in accounting with appropriate backup and according to established procedures Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs Ensuring tenant information within database is current and up-to-date Ensure Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors are up to date Ensure that above standard tenant bill-backs for electrical usage, after hours HVAC, and other similar charges are processed in a timely manner Assist property manager with aspects of annual budgets preparation and monthly financial reports, as well as preparation of bank deposits if processed at on site management office Participates in performance oversight of all service contractors who perform contract services while reporting progress to property manager Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years administrative/management experience or equivalent required Two years direct property management experience preferred Knowledge of all phases of leasing and resident retention required Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service Ability to maintain high ethical standards Ability to problem-solve and identify/implement process improvements Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in order to communicate issues, problems, ideas, concerns and information on work progress Organizational skills to enable effective management of multiple, shifting priorities Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment Ability to pay close attention to detail and adhere to strict deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Rent Manager experience strongly preferred Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, or holidays as necessary Valid driver's license required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, Associates degree required ALL HIRES ARE CONTINGENT ON PASSING BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING TRUBILD IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER ADA and Reasonable accommodation An applicant with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, if needed, to enable the applicant to apply for the job and take part in the job interview.
