Assistant Property Manager Trainee

• Provides administrative support to the property manager.
• Create and process work orders for the association
• Perform violation inspections and maintain accurate records to follow up on rule violations.
• Work closely with the Association manager to ensure all community information is kept up to date in our system.
• Assist and handle resident issues, complaints and questions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with high level of interpersonal skills.
• Prepare monthly board meetings, annual and budget meeting packages with deadline oriented, organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
