Responsibilities: Prepare resident legal notices and process annual lease renewals Verify lease information accuracy; handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in Yardi software Conduct unit inspections and manage move-in/move-out processes Assist in leasing activities, resident relations, and social event planning Supervise turnkey operations in the absence of the Property Manager Rent collection, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve accounting discrepancies Position Requirements : Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 2-4 years in the apartment industry, preferably in an Assistant or Leasing position. Experience with Luxury communities and Yardi software is preferred. Skills & Certifications:
