Position Overview: Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support our property management operations.
This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for real estate. You'll work closely with our property manager. Assistant Property Manager Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day management of multifamily properties. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring prompt resolution of issues. Maintain tenant and vendor relationships, handling inquiries and requests professionally.
Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Assist with Leasing, including renewals and rent collection.
Assist with financial reporting. Monitor and manage vendor capital improvements Utilize property management software for tracking and reporting. Assistant Property Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in property management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio). Knowledge of Fair Housing Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
