They specialize in most major sectors of Construction Projects from $5M - $20M.

They are very actively looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support a variety of ground up and renovations projects in the area. Job Description As the Assistant Project Manager you will: Assist in project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project time lines Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross- functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution Contribute to budget management by monitoring project expenses, tracking costs, and identifying cost saving opportunities Assist in procurement activities Prepare and maintain project documentation Report and communicate effectively with Project Manager MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
