• Assist construction project teams with all phases of project management

• Work with Project Manager to assist in project documentation, tracking, and closeout. What You Need for this Position A related bachelors degree is preferred and at least 3 Year of experience/knowledge of:

• Experience working for a mechanical contractor, engineering firm or construction manager

• Mechanical projects such as HVAC , plumbing and fire protection

• History working on commercial, healthcare and / or industrial projects as a mechanical contractor is preferred

• Experience processing change orders, RFI's, submittal and similar project documents

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. word, excel, etc.), MS Project software and other relevant construction software What's In It for You
