We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team!
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide support to the project team.
Responsibilities shall range from support to Project Managers to administering smaller projects
working with planners, stakeholders and contractors.
Experience in science laboratories, classroom renovation, and medical laboratories preferred.
Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and budget
Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution
Minimum Requirements
A bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar
Must be a self-starter that is reliable, responsive to client needs, professional, and handle confidential information with discretion and trustworthiness
Exceptional verbal and written communication and superior active listening skills
Creative and advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to transfer prior experience to new projects
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel required. Some experience in BlueBeam, AutoCad, eBuilder, or other web-based project management tools is a plus
Basic understanding and knowledge of construction site safety
Self-motivated and self-sufficient with an ability to multitask in order to complete the above-mentioned responsibilities
Ability to meet schedule and deliverable deadlines (time management).
