Assistant Project Manager

We have been retained by our client, a growing Mechanical General Contractor in the North Houston, TX area, to find an Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in coordinating and overseeing mechanical construction projects.

Duties:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Assist in resolving project issues and conflicts.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in construction or project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
