Job Description Assistant Project Manager As the Assistant Construction Superintendent, you will play a key role in supporting the Sr. Project Manager Overseeing residential construction sites.

Heavily administrative, requiring exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing project documentation, contracts, purchase orders, and ensuring project timelines are adhered to. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in construction, preferably in California. Ability to read and analyze architectural plans.

Experience working with local cities and jurisdictions is preferred. Strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
