Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with the design and architecture teams to ensure that project specifications are met and that the highest level of craftsmanship is maintained throughout the construction process.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project milestones, budgetary considerations, and any modifications to the original plans. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role within the high-end residential construction sector.

Demonstrated experience managing and completing projects in San Francisco and/or the peninsula. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
