Assistant Project Manager Construction

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Glazier Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the glazing industry and a strong understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing glazing projects. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services.

Attend project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Assist with procurement and negotiation of contracts and purchase orders. Help with project-related paperwork, including permit applications, change orders, and approvals.

Coordinate with project team members to streamline workflows and ensure efficiency. Assist with project closeout documentation and final inspections. Ensure construction site safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
