Assistant Project Manager (Construction)

Key Responsibilities: Project Financial Management: Assist the Project Manager in determining and managing resources, including people, tools, equipment, materials, and internal services.

Preconstruction Services: Help prepare, review, and monitor cost-related information and reports for assigned projects. Project Start-up and Scheduling:

Define responsibilities for processing submittals and take ownership of complex trades when necessary. Project Coordination: Attend planning, progress, and close-out meetings, addressing project concerns and unexpected situations.

What We're Looking For: Education & Experience: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus 3 years of experience.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC and communication tools such as email, internet, Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attention to Detail: Ability to manage administrative and technical aspects of construction projects.

Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and a focus on meeting/exceeding customer expectations. Work Environment:

Work primarily on job sites in an office trailer or existing structure. Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when outside the office trailer or structure. Ready to Make an Impact?
