Assistant Project Manager - Construction

Job Description Assist Project Managers in coordinating, managing, and executing projects from pre-construction through close-out phases.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met. Support communication with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers. Participate in job site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Help prepare project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and schedules. Track project performance metrics and report on cost control, risk management, and quality assurance. Work in multiple sectors, including Healthcare, Hospitality, Warehouse, Office, Government, Residential, Multifamily, Sports, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Parking, Mission Critical, Retail, Municipal, Corrections, Education, and High-Rise buildings.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Proven ability to assist in managing projects, coordinating teams, and delivering on tight deadlines.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
