They specialize in multiple sectors and pride themselves on their commitment to excellence, innovation, and maintaining a strong pipeline Job Description Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budget.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. Manage project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.

Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Assist in the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and forecasts. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction project management or a related role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). Excellent organizational and communication skills.
