Assistant Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our construction management team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Assist in project planning and scheduling of construction activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate project execution. Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
Help manage project budgets and track expenses. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Participate in project meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field. 2 years of experience in construction or renovation projects. Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
