Assistant project managers have an opportunity to learn and training will be provided. Construction Project Manager Job Responsibilities Represents GSG at project meetings Obtains and ensures compliance with necessary regulations and permits Provide project submittals Solicit and compare quotes for subcontracts and supplies Work from 7:00AM to 5:00 M-F Orders project materials to maintain schedule and workflow Manages multiple projects Communicates with clients and Project Managers to deliver monthly project progress reports and billings Collaborates with engineers, subcontractors, and other specialists Review and approve or deny project related expenses Qualifications and Skills Willingness to learn and be part of a team Interest in construction Communication proficiency Organization and planning skills Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office products, Ability to communicate effectively and take direction Pay Based on experience
