Assistant Project Manager - Construction

Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and submittals Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets Identify and mitigate project risks Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors Ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar 1 years of experience working for a construction contractor Experience with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or other construction software Previous experience with commercial construction projects Ability to identify and mitigate project risks Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Benefits Base salary: $60,000 - $90,000 / year depending on experience PTO Paid Holidays 401k Healthcare/Vision Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
