Commercial Construction
Responsibilities: Assisting the Project Manager in all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports Conducting site visits to monitor work progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any on-site issues Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns Assisting in managing project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources Supporting the Project Manager in negotiating contracts and change orders Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
