Responsibilities: Effectively support assigned Project Managers Review details, timelines and scope of work for assigned projects Communicate with clients to obtain additional project information and timelines, as needed Make updates to timelines as directed by Project Manager Manage permit process when applicable Organize project files and ensure that all required documentation is present Participate in communication between Project Managers and Superintendents to optimize effectiveness Use company systems to operate efficiently including Google Apps, Salesforce/ERP Effectively support assigned Superintendents Print and Organize all paperwork for Installation Manage equipment rental program for all assigned projects Collect receipts and organize expense reports in Concur for assigned Superintendents. Maximize profitability on assigned projects Review and understand all documents that communicate scope of work including, Proposal, Takeoff, Submittals and Production drawings Review and manage all change order requests from the client Review and manage project budget for all materials, labor, subcontractors, equipment, etc.

Prepared for and attend budget review meetings with Senior PMs after projects have been completed and costed by accounting Attributes/Experience/Skills: Organized, Prompt, Diligent, Self-Starter Able to communicate effectively, follow direction and exercise good judgment. Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive/Docs/Mail, etc.
