Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Operations Manager in Worcester.

The Transitional Support Services (TSS), is an inpatient treatment program for men and women 18 and older with substance abuse disorders. The program is designed to work with clients on their goals for recovery while preparing them for their next step in treatment. Clients in the program can stay up to 90 days while they are pursuing, accepted or waiting for further placement to a halfway house. The program provides individual case management along with 6 treatment groups per day, run by all team members. TSS is an exciting, dynamic environment in which all members of the team work together to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. Responsible for day to day operation of the TSS in accordance with CHL standards, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day operation of the program in conjunction with the Program Director.

  • Main Responsibilities are assisting with scheduling, training and supervision of staff and managing the assignment of work duties for the Mileu.

  • Interview and recommend all residential counselors for hire.

  • Participate in Management Team meetings to develop and implement program goals and objectives.

  • Co-lead staff meetings.

  • Will be responsible for entering client's data into CMHC and EIM/ESM.

  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with contracting agencies, community organizations and consumers.

Qualifications

  • HSD/GED/HiSet or Bachelor's degree with some mental health/substance abuse treatment experience.

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

  • Ability to work well in fast paced environment.

  • Strong team player

  • All bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Community Healthlink's Community Support Program (CSP) provides short term, intensive outreach and case management services to support individuals at risk of repeated psychiatric hospitalizations and/or inpatient substance abuse treatment admissions. CSP services are flexible and based on individual needs, but focus primarily on helping clients overcome challenges with establishing and maintaining access to health care, community based resources, and social/peer supports. The CSP Director will manage the CSP program and provide clinical oversight and supervision to bachelor's level CSP case management staff. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a community healthcare setting and have a working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders, as well as some knowledge of models of care integration and care management. Qualifications * Must have a Masters degree and an independent license in MA (LICSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist) * Must have a minimum of two years experience * Previous supervisory experience required * Possess strong interpersonal skills and confidence * Able to exercise good judgment and is creative and proactive * Be flexible and able to multi-task * Current valid US-issued drivers license and ability to provide a registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes including travel between work sites * Must be able to pass a CORI background check Community Healthlink is an Affirmative Action/ Equal Opportunity Employer.
