Assistant Program Manager

Location: Glynco, GA

Clearance: Public Trust

Support the Program Manager for all contractor personnel assigned to the task order, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-going business and technical efforts, and managing overall task order performance.

Responsibilities

• Support overall management and daily operations of the technical team.

• Ensures technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.

• Support enterprise wide integration planning and interfaces with other functional areas and entities to coordinate solutions and activities.

• Support problem documentation / tracking / management / resolution; resource coordination and delivery for all tasks.

• Support training the Team to achieve an excellent customer satisfaction rating, interfaces with the customer and stakeholders to obtain level of satisfaction feedback.

• Draft task order deliverables.

• Support On-boarding new contractor personnel through all requirements to include standard security and building procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in subject matter area, or closely related discipline

• Five (5) or more years of IT Service Desk managerial experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly articulate technical and strategic level matters to a variety of audiences.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

Preferred:

• Microsoft Certified Help Desk Professional

• ITIL v4 Foundation Certified

• CompTIA, Security + and A+ Certified
