Title: Assistant Program Director

Job Duties: Under the supervision of the program director, the assistant program assists in the direction and coordination of assigned aspects of case management and programming. The assistant program director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The assistant program director also helps in the supervision of program staff by providing therapeutic guidance.

Schedule: Full-Time

Qualifications:

• A minimum of an A.A. /B.A./B.S. degree in psychology, social work, LVN/LPT or a field related to mental health is preferred and meets the minimum of any county contract.

• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psychosocial rehabilitation, and recovery principles.

About the Campus: Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay. Over the past decade, we have developed specialized support programs for the many clients at our facility who speak Vietnamese or Spanish as a first language. These clients participate in classes and activities in their native languages, allowing them to thrive on their road to recovery.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$90,000-$100,000 USD
