May Center for Adult Services is looking for an Assistant Program Coordinator to assist in overseeing the administrative and clinical functions of a residential group home in Sandwich, MA serving adults with developmental disabilities.

Help ensure the quality of the program when the Program Coordinator is not available, by coordinating the daily activities and programs for all the consumers
Provide the consumers with an intensively therapeutic program designed to enhance community acceptability and increase independence
Provide individualized treatment procedures by assessing the consumer's skills
Develop and implement annual goals for each consumer
Assist consumers in the day to-day maintenance of their environment
Assist the Program Coordinator with individual medical and healthcare provider appointments
Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 3 years of experience
Previous supervisory experience in human services
Med certification strongly preferred
Valid driver's license
