Position Information
Banner Position Number 002831 Position Title Assistant Professor- Orthopaedic Surgery Classification Title Assistant Professor Department SOM-Dept of Orthopaedic Surgery
Provide evaluation and care of patients for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Scott Orthopedic Center and other clinical sites as requested. Participate in medical student, resident and fellow education and orthopaedic research efforts as requested.

Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.
Required Qualifications
Education
Applicants must have a medical degree (allopathic or osteopathic) and have successfully completed an orthopaedic surgery residency. Fellowship training in orthopaedic adult reconstruction surgery is required.
Experience
Applicants should have a strong interest in clinical care and teaching. Applicants must be able to obtain a full and unrestricted West Virginia license via the West Virginia Board of Medicine or the West Virginia Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
