Assistant Professor (Or Instructor Or Associate Professor) Of Business

The College is seeking an Assistant Professor (or Instructor or Associate Professor) of Business for a 9-month position. The job holder will teach a range of business classes, conduct research related to his or her expertise, and engage in relevant service to the college and community.

The course load will be a base of three courses per semester for the Assistant or Associate Professor roles. The course load will be a base of four courses per semester for the Instructor role. ULM's College of Business and Social Sciences' business programs are AACSB accredited.Candidates should possess relevant experience, expertise, and education.

Some experience in online teaching is beneficial. Effective teaching skill must be demonstrated and is expected in both online and face-to-face classes. Candidates must satisfy scholarly academic faculty qualification status appropriate for rank.

A track record of research leading to publication is required for tenure and promotion. While this position could entail teaching a variety of business courses, a primary course to be covered is quantitative methods."
