This full-time faculty position is on-campus and in-person.

Successful candidates will demonstrate significant research and teaching accomplishments in strategic management or closely related fields. Primary responsibilities include conducting high quality research and teaching undergraduate and/or MBA courses.

Collegiality and a demonstrated ability to work with others are highly valued. The teaching load and salary are competitive and commensurate with qualifications.

Faculty regularly publish in top journals, with publications in recent years in Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Organization Science, Personnel Psychology, and Strategic Management Journal, among others. Our faculty are editors of top journals in their disciplines, hold leadership positions in the Academy of Management and Strategic Management Society, and serve on editorial boards of the premier journals in management. The nationally ranked TCU Neeley School of Business has approximately 3,000 students enrolled across undergraduate and graduate programs, with approximately one third of TCU students in its programs as majors, minors or advanced degree seekers. Departments include Accounting, Business Information Systems, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Finance, Management and Leadership, Marketing and Supply and Value Chain Management, as well as seven graduate programs including full-time, part-time and online MBA and MS degrees.
