Advertised Job Summary

The University of South Carolina Aiken invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Music (tenure-track) beginning August 2019. Primary responsibilities include administration of the music education degree, coordination and supervision of student teachers, teaching elementary/general music methods, and private voice instruction.

Secondary teaching responsibilities may be assigned in related areas of expertise. The ideal candidate is an artist and teacher with significant training in elementary music pedagogies.
