Marshall University (School of Medicine) seeks an Assistant Professor of Medicine in General Internal Medicine to provide evaluation and care to patients in ambulatory practice at the department's locations in Huntington, WV. Position will participate in after-hours outpatient service on call coverage rotations, participate in clinical practice/teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, and initiate and complete clinical research with medical students and residents as part of their scholarly activities. Additional duties assigned per the direction of the section chief and department chair. Full-time or part-time status will be considered.

Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.
Required Qualifications
Education
Experience
Must have completed a 36-month residency in Internal Medicine.
Must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
Must have a full and unrestricted West Virginia medical license at time of employment.
