This role is responsible for assisting the Sr. Product Development and the team on management of data entry, organization of samples and coordination of development processes from Pre-season through Adoption.
Assists the Sr. Product developer in data entry into a PLM system and excel/Smartsheet chart updates on product, fabric, color, AUC details.
Maintain fabric library with updated fabric swatches and fabric spec sheets.
Request fabric reservation chart updates as needed Bi weekly or Monthly.
Prepare Development reference samples for the product development process ie. Removing labels & ensuring hangtags are accurate.
During peak shipping times manage package shipments on behalf of the Product Development team to partner vendors Domestically and Internationally.
Assist the Product development team in receiving and imputing data from Vendor development trips into PLM.
Prepare documents and coordinate calendar updates for vendor visits.

Prefer 1+ year of experience in the Apparel industry either as an Intern or Assistant level.
Organizational skills are a must with an ability manage a high number of samples to organize and prep for shipment and high amount of data input.
Computer literate in Outlook, Excel, Word and PLM system.
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage workflow and projects for self, team and CFT.
Self-Motivated, creative problem solver with a strong sense of urgency
Attention to detail when inputting data in a mass update format.
4 Year College Degree preferred
