If you love fruits vegetables and want to help our customers discover the best we have to offer, a Produce Manager position may be the right position for you What You'll Do: Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you help oversee the day to day operations of the department and supervise the department team to achieve sales, gross profit and shrink goals. You'll help handle ordering, receiving, storage, processing, and merchandising of product; ensuring proper case/shelf and sales floor conditions and stock levels; and selection, training, development, and scheduling of produce associates.

Job Requirements Successful Assistant Produce Manager candidates must meet the following qualifications: Previous experience in produce; retail experience preferred Previous supervisory experience preferred Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication skills
