Illustrate how you would create a shared vision for student learning focused on increasing college and career readiness in a school with a diverse student population. 2. Describe the key characteristics of a positive school climate and a detailed description of the process you would undertake to involve all stakeholders in the development of a plan to improve campus safety/classroom discipline and to promote an caring and effective learning environment.

Comments and Other Information

Four years of successful professional experience in a secondary or similar setting. Masters Degree or equivalent.
