The ideal candidate possesses a valid CA Administrative Services Credential, English learners authorization, a Master's degree, five years successful TK-8 teaching experience, and 3 years successful administrative or instructional support experience. Certificate of Eligibility (COE) acceptable.

The ideal candidate should have demonstrated organizational and planning skills, the ability to work with a wide range of adults and students, and a commitment to community involvement and shared decision making through Professional Learning Communities. Bilingual/biliterate in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Under the direction of the school Principal, to assist in the administration of the middle school; to assist in the planning, development, and implementation of site operational goals and objectives; to assist in providing an efficient program which provides for optimum development of the individual student.
